Safety regulations

The purpose of safety regulations is to ensure the safety of participants and spectators when practicing a sport. Above all, it is a tool for preventing injuries that may occur during recreational and sporting activities.

It is important to specify that a safety regulation applies to the sports disciplines expressly referred to therein and to the practice contexts specific to them, which generally includes training, practice or workout activities, events or competitions organized, recognized or sanctioned by Auto Sport Québec.

NOTE: Le réglement de sécurité est toujours en révision au niveau fédéral
